Privacy policy

Tour Patrol keeps the data that it needs to give you your account, your concert searches and your subscription. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your account. Your email address, your name, your password (in a form that cannot be read) and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile picture.

Your searches. The artists, genres and cities that you add to a search, and the concerts that Tour Patrol found for it.

Your subscription. If you subscribe, we keep the Paddle customer and subscription numbers and the status of the subscription. We do not get your card details.

We use this data to let you sign in, to find concerts for your searches, to send you alerts, to give you the Pro plan when you pay for it, and to answer your questions. We use your email address for messages about your account and your searches.

Clerk keeps your account and lets you sign in.

Paddle is the merchant of record. It receives the data that it needs for the payment, the tax and the invoice, under its own privacy policy.

Cloudflare serves this website and keeps the database of Tour Patrol.

To find concerts, we send the artists, genres and cities of your searches to concert data providers, for example Ticketmaster. We do not send your name or your email address to them.

Tour Patrol uses cookies to keep you signed in. This website does not use advertising cookies. The Paddle checkout can use cookies or similar browser storage, under the privacy terms of Paddle.

We keep your data while you have an account. When you delete your account, we delete your account data and your searches. Paddle and Amplify d.o.o. must keep the records of payments for the time that tax law sets.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do this, write to support@tourpatrol.app. You can also make a complaint to the data protection authority of your country.

Tour Patrol is not for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page with a new date at the top.
