Terms
Last updated 24 October 2026
What these terms cover
These terms are the agreement between you and Amplify d.o.o. for the use of Tour Patrol, the concert alert service at tourpatrol.app. When you make an account or use Tour Patrol, you accept these terms.
The service
In Tour Patrol, you make a search from the artists, genres and cities that you like. Tour Patrol looks for concerts that match your search and shows them to you.
The concert data comes from other companies, for example ticket sellers. We do not sell tickets. We do not promise that the data is complete or correct, or that an event will occur. Before you buy a ticket, always examine the event on the site of the ticket seller.
Your account
You need an account to use Tour Patrol. Give correct details, and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what occurs in your account.
One account is for one person.
Free use and the Pro plan
You can make your first search free of charge. The Pro plan costs $5 USD each month. It gives you unlimited saved searches and alerts.
Payment, and who sells the plan to you
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for all purchases of Tour Patrol.
Paddle takes the payment, calculates the sales tax or VAT that applies, and sends your invoice. You give your card details to Paddle. We do not see them.
Because Paddle sells the plan to you, the buyer terms of Paddle also apply to your purchase.
Renewal and cancellation
The Pro plan is a subscription. Paddle charges your payment method each month, on the same day as your first payment, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time. Open the menu at your initials on the dashboard and select “Manage Subscription”. When you cancel, no more payments occur. You keep the Pro plan until the end of the month that you paid for.
If the price changes, we tell you before the change applies to your subscription.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund in the 14 days after a payment. The refund policy tells how to ask for a refund.
Your data
The privacy policy tells which data we keep about you, why, and which services receive it.
Acceptable use
Use Tour Patrol in a lawful way. Do not try to get access to the accounts or data of other persons. Do not copy the concert data in large quantities, and do not use automated tools to send a large number of requests to Tour Patrol.
If you break these rules, we can stop your access to Tour Patrol.
Changes to the service
We can change, add or remove functions of Tour Patrol. If we stop the Pro plan, we cancel all subscriptions, and no more payments occur.
No warranty
Tour Patrol is provided as it is. As far as the law permits, Amplify d.o.o. gives no warranty that the service will work without interruption or without errors, or that it will find each concert that matches your search.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law permits, Amplify d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for a concert or ticket that you did not get. The total liability under these terms is not more than the amount that you paid for Tour Patrol in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not let us limit.
Ending this agreement
You can end this agreement at any time. Cancel your subscription, and then write to support@tourpatrol.app to delete your account.
This agreement ends automatically if you break these terms in a serious way.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top. If you continue to use Tour Patrol after a change, you accept the change.
Governing law
The laws of Croatia apply to these terms. The courts of Zagreb decide all disputes about them. This does not limit the rights that the consumer law of your country gives you.
